How much protein is in each meal?+
Each meal contains 40-60 grams of lean protein from sources like chicken breast, wild salmon, sirloin, turkey, and egg whites. Daily protein intake ranges from 150-200 grams depending on your plan level.
Can I coordinate meals with my workout schedule?+
Yes. Let us know your training schedule and we’ll optimize meal timing — higher carb meals pre-workout, protein-dense meals post-workout, and balanced meals throughout the day.
Do I still need protein supplements?+
Most clients find they don’t need supplements on our Muscle Building plan because the whole-food protein content is high enough to support muscle growth. However, you can certainly supplement if your trainer recommends it.
What are the portion sizes like?+
Portions are customized based on your dietary requirement, training and physical condition. The daily calorie intake starts at around 1,500 calories for female and 2,000 calories for male. Your dedicated consultant will work with you and adjust your portion and calorie intake as your progress through your fitness journey.
Is this plan good for cutting?+
This plan is optimized for building lean muscle. If you’re looking to cut, we recommend our Weight Loss plan with a protein add-on. Our nutritionists can help you find the right fit.
