Z.E.N. Foods’ meals are packed in an insulated cooler bag with reusable ice packs to ensure your meals remain cold and fresh. We recommend you to refrigirate the items immidiately after you open your cooler bag.

Seasoning should be limited and used sparingly. Our talented chefs use the finest herbs and spices, and most people find they don’t need additional seasoning.
Food can be heated in a mini-convection oven, a microwave or a conventional oven.
Mini-convection oven: Remove the meal from its container and place on an oven safe dish. Heat in the oven at 300 Fo for 7-10 minutes or until hot.
Microwave: For best results, remove lid and place damp paper towel over the food to keep it moist.
- Breakfasts: carbs: 30-40 seconds; eggs: 30 seconds; muffins: 10-15 seconds
- Hot Lunches: 1 – 1 1⁄2 minutes
- Dinners: 1 1⁄2 – 2 minutes
- Hot Snacks: 30 seconds
Test for temperature, repeat for 15 second intervals until desired temperature.
Conventional Oven: Remove meals from containers and place on an oven safe dish. Heat meal at approximately 325 degrees for 10–15 minutes or until hot. Keep in mind heating time and temperature can vary between ovens.
