Why We Love Eric the Trainer
Eric the Trainer’s approach to a successful fitness regimen is the science of change through three major components: diet, exercise, and sleep. His method allows its user to follow a carefully thought out process which leads directly to the best possible results. It remains incredibly efficient primarily due to its method of tapping in to its user’s metabolism, thus exploiting the amazing natural changing powers of the body.
We love the 3-prong approach from Eric the Trainer. A true healthy lifestyle can’t simply be achieved by only focusing on one or two of the 3 components – You wouldn’t be able to focus and be productive if you are lack of sleep; your cardio health and bone density may be in jeopardy if you don’t exercise; and eating fatty take-outs or restaurant foods will hamper your results no matter how much your exercise or sleep.
Not only we agree with Eric the Trainer’s method, we also love him as person – Eric the Trainer is kind, generous, humble and full of positive energy. He greets everyone with bright smile and inspirational attitude that will make you feel confident in overcoming any challenges in your fitness journey.
Z.E.N. has been working with Eric the Trainer to help his clients to achieve their goals with great results – whether it’s to lose weight, gain muscles or just be a healthier and happier human-being.
